Terms of Service

Last updated September 15, 2026. ACO Service (“ACOService”) is a product of Soni's World d/b/a ResiFactory (“we”, “us”).

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of ACOService: the acoservice.app website, the owner and admin consoles, the ACO sites we host for operators, the Discord bots we run for them, and the documentation. By signing in or using any of them you agree to these terms. If you run an ACO on ACOService (an “operator”), you also agree to them on behalf of the business you run it for.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a ResiFactory account or with Discord. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. An operator’s account may be linked to a Discord identity; that link is how we know which ACOs you own and which staff roles you hold. Do not share an account, and tell us promptly if you believe one has been compromised.

3. The service

ACOService lets an operator publish a white-label ACO site on their own or a provided domain, run a member area, and operate a Discord bot for their community. We host and operate the platform; the operator decides what their ACO offers, whom they admit, and what they charge. We may change, add, or retire features; where a change removes something you rely on we will say so in advance where we reasonably can.

4. Subscription, billing and lapses

Running an ACO on ACOService requires a platform subscription, billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout (currently $50 per month for the Standard plan). A discount code applied at checkout stays on that subscription for as long as the code’s terms say; a “lifetime” code stays for the life of that subscription. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; you keep the service until the end of the period you paid for.

If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, your published ACO stays online for a 30-day grace period and we alert you. If the subscription is not restored by the end of that period, your published sites are taken offline and your bots are stopped. Nothing is deleted; restoring the subscription restores the sites. Fees already paid are not refunded except as the refund policy says.

5. Operators are responsible for their ACO

An operator is solely responsible for their ACO: its members, its pricing, its payment collection through the operator’s own payment accounts, its compliance with the retailers, marketplaces and platforms it interacts with, and with the laws that apply to it. We provide tooling; we are not a party to the arrangement between an operator and their members, and we do not guarantee any checkout, drop, or outcome.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use ACOService to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to harass, defraud, or deceive, to attack or overload our systems or anyone else’s, to circumvent our billing, or to access data that is not yours. Do not resell access to the platform itself. We may suspend or terminate accounts or ACOs that we reasonably believe violate these terms, and we may do so without notice where the risk to others is immediate.

7. Your content and data

You keep ownership of what you publish and of your members’ data. You grant us the rights needed to host, display, back up, and operate it as part of the service. Member profile data an operator collects is stored encrypted and is the operator’s responsibility to collect lawfully. We do not sell it. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third parties

ACOService relies on Discord, Stripe, and hosting providers, each under their own terms. We are not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or any retailer or marketplace, and nothing here grants rights in their names or products.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost checkouts.

10. Termination

You may stop using ACOService at any time. We may end or suspend your access for a breach of these terms, for non-payment as described above, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where we can. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the ACOService Discord. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
